About Dylan Darby
Having grown up in Coffs Harbour, Dylan experienced the relaxed coastal lifestyle that, over this time, has instilled in him the calm and relaxed temperament required for the real estate industry.
Dylan started his professional career in construction, receiving his Certificate 3 in carpentry, then after years in the building trade, Peter (his father) asked him to join him in the real estate industry (something he had been interested in since he was a child) where they grew to be a very strong duo within the real estate market. After about three years together, Dylan decided to move to Sydney, where he started his family. Continuing his love for real estate, he spent from 2022 - 2025 sharpening his skills in the fast paced Sydney market, working alongside some of the most successful agents in Sydney.
Now back together again, Peter and Dylan (with their combined 45 years real estate experience), bring with them a unique father and son combination of experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and family values. Most importantly… he has now developed strategies to ensure his vendors achieve that very “Best Price” for their properties, something only combined experience and their dedication to vendors can offer.
