Maintenance Request Form Please follow the link below to lodge your Repairs/ Maintenance through your tenant portal on Property Me. You can attach photo/evidence when lodging this request also. https://my.propertyme.com/sign-in

Alternatively you can download the Maintenance Request Form below and submit via email to: admin.cc@century21.com.au or it can be dropped in to our office. Before proceeding with lodging your Repair Request, please browse over the Repair Tips to avoid any unnecessary call outs.

Urgent Repairs For all urgent repairs please follow the above link and add a detailed report of the repair through our Maintenance Manager system, alternatively you can download the Maintenance Form attached and email to admin.cc@century21.com.au or drop into our office.


Urgent repairs include:

  • A burst water service or broken/ not functioning property appliance, fitting or fixture that uses water.
  • A blocked or broken lavatory.
  • A serious roof leak.
  • A gas leak.
  • A dangerous electrical fault.
  • Flooding/Storm/Fire damage.
  • Electricity or water supply failure.
  • Breakdown/failure of any essential service for hot water, cooking, heating or cooling.

* *NOTE: Please refer to your Residential Lease for your nominated Emergency Trades.
